Restaurant Brain Trust’s Inaugural Event
The Restaurant Brain Trust assists restaurant entrepreneurs in achieving successful start-ups and expansions through a series of educational and networking events. The inaugural event, Recipes for Success, was held at the Matchbox 14th Street location on March 7, 2017. The event included a panel discussion, featuring successful restaurateurs in the Washington DC area: Peter D’Amelio, President and CEO of Matchbox Food Group; Amy Brandwein, Chef/Owner of Centrolina; and Jack Sosnowski, President & CEO of Nobel Chef Hospitality. Moderated by Bethany Kazaba, the panel shared how they achieved their success, as well as the lessons learned along the way.
